Terms of Service
These terms are a plain-language agreement between you and Serenzio LLC ("Serenzio," "we") about using the Serenzio app and website (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them.
What Serenzio is — and isn't
Serenzio is an organizer for your personal health information: conditions, medications, appointments, documents, reminders, and sharing with people you trust.
Serenzio is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Nothing in the app — including scanned label details, AI-suggested names, reminders, or anything else — replaces the judgment of your doctor or pharmacist. Always confirm medication details against the label and your prescriber's instructions, and talk to a professional before making health decisions.
Serenzio is not for emergencies. If you think you have a medical emergency, call 911 (or your local emergency number) immediately.
Reminders are a helper, not a guarantee
Notifications depend on your phone's settings, battery, and connectivity, and may be delayed or missed. Please don't rely on Serenzio as your only way of remembering medications or appointments that matter.
AI features can make mistakes
When you scan a medication label or a document, an AI service suggests what it says. It is usually right, but not always — that's why nothing is ever saved without your review. You are responsible for checking that saved details are correct.
Your account
You sign in with your Google account, and you're responsible for keeping your device and that account secure. You must be at least 18 to use Serenzio. You may only enter another person's health information with their permission or lawful authority to act for them.
Your information stays yours
You own the information you put into Serenzio. You give us permission to store and process it only as needed to run the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. We never sell it and show no ads. You can export documents and permanently delete your account and everything in it at any time from Settings.
Family & Friends sharing
When you invite someone, they can see your health information (except items you mark "Just me") but can never change it. You can revoke access at any time. If someone shares with you, use what you see only to help care for them, and respect their privacy.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the Service: no unauthorized access, probing, scraping, reselling, interfering with its operation, or using it for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.
Availability
Serenzio is new and improving. Features may change, and despite daily backups and careful engineering, we can't promise the Service will always be available or error-free. Keep originals of important documents.
Disclaimers and limits on liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Serenzio LLC's total liability for any claims arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of $50 or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Ending things
You can stop using Serenzio and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for violations of these terms, with notice where practical.
Changes
If we make meaningful changes to these terms, we'll update this page, note the date at the top, and for significant changes let you know in the app. Continuing to use the Service after changes means you accept them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Serenzio LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
